Speed Guarantee: Requires Sky Broadband. If the download speed to your hub drops below your guaranteed minimum download speed for three consecutive days or more, you will have the right to leave your Sky Broadband and Talk contracts without incurring early termination charges. Existing Sky Essential TV customers upgrading to Sky Ultimate TV: You can only have one Sky TV subscription at your address, so your Sky Essential TV subscription will end, and you will need to take a Sky Ultimate TV subscription. If you have an existing minimum term for Sky Essential TV and any add-on(s), you will have to agree to a new 24-month minimum term for Sky Ultimate TV and those add-on(s). If you don’t have an existing minimum term for Sky Essential TV you can agree to a new 24-month minimum term, or take a 31-day rolling subscription, for Sky Ultimate TV.

Guarantees
Speed Guarantee: Requires Sky Broadband. If the download speed to your hub drops below your guaranteed minimum download speed for three consecutive days or more, you will have the right to leave your Sky Broadband and Talk contracts without incurring early termination charges. You can also upgrade your broadband product without any upfront fees.
This applies anytime within your minimum term. Total loss of service and Major Service Outages do not count towards three-day periods, such as if your broadband stops working completely, or you can’t use the internet on any of your devices and it’s not a WiFi problem.
